Employment OpportunityP.E.C. is interested in employing an advanced dressage rider that is capable of starting young warmbloods and training them in partnership with the Center. The successful applicant will receive room and board for themselves and two horses plus a salary. A bonus will be offered if the sales horses are particularly well-presented and financially successful. |
The most popular S.I.U.P. package is a full emersion for five days. Two mounted lessons per day, a physical fitness hour tailored to the equestrian in the workout studio, lectures explaining the system and hours of discussion about the strategies applied at the Center.

We would all like to think our riding is fine and really it's just our horses that need some work. With the S.I.U.P. system I fix 99% of the rough ends by focusing on the rider and the execution of the aids. I rarely look at the horse as I know if the rider's position is correct and learns to execute the aids effectively the horse goes great and will portray a classic picture of balance and beauty.
